Our core web hosting provision is with Rackspace, where we have a number of extremely powerful dedicated servers in a fully load balanced environment. There is adequate redundancy to ensure that should one of the servers fail, another one will automatically step in and provide cover.

In addition, we are reliant on several CDNs to provide fast and effective delivery of rich media files. Both Cachefly (network pictured above) and Mediatemple provide all the bandwidth we could possibly need.
